From time to time, leasing clients find that one of the works they have rented is so striking or so perfectly suited for their space that they cannot bring themselves to rotate it out for anything new. The great news for these folks is that 50% of every month's leasing cost is automatically applied toward the purchase price of each piece. Clients may "buy out" at any time by paying the remainder, or simply lease the work until they own it.
